Idiot Proofing Your Business with Scientific Management with Dr. Scott McIntyre

  • College Street Brewhouse (map)

November's presentation highlights two important lessons learned from decades of management and scientific experience that continue to be overlooked by most leaders.

#1 Your personnel and customer problems are not people problems. How to stop blaming people and start scientifically managing the environment.

#2 Science is failing to provide your business and your customers with accurate information. I detail the problem and a possible solution that could be a collaboration opportunity.
